Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cape Girardeau I-55 By Ihg, Cape Girardeau

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was well-appointed with convenient amenities like a Kuerig, fridge, and nice TV, but unfortunately, noise from other guests playing loud music and video games late at night disturbed the peace. The service, however, was incredible, with the staff going out of their way to compensate for the inconvenience. The location was convenient, right off the interstate with easy access to major roadways and dining options nearby. The dining experience was mostly good, with a variety of breakfast items, although some improvements towards environmental friendliness would be appreciated.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had excellent lighting with plenty of power outlets and USB ports in convenient spots. The HIE breakfast bar, managed by a super nice lady, was a highlight. Unfortunately, my room wasn't available at check-in, which was a bit of a downer.
